2012 Registration

Registration Instructions:

• Print and read the Garden Rules and Registration Form.

• Initial each page of the Garden Rules and Registration Form. Fully complete page 3 indicating your Plot size preference and Plot # preference (if desired). Refer to Plot Layout.
  [ Liability/Insurance page 4: Please DO NOT COMPLETE Page 4 of the Garden Rules and Registration Form... yet. Prior to the participation in the Garden, you will need to sign page 4 in front of a RHCG Committee Member as a "witness". Thanks for your cooperation in this.]

• Make a check payable to "Town of Round Hill" in the amount of $60, which covers seasonal rental fee of $25, plus $25 refundable security deposit and $10 refundable water fee deposit. In the Memo line, please reference "RHCG".

• Return completed Rules and Check to (choose one)

  drop off at Town of Round Hill office (23 Main St) during business hours

• Confirmation! Registrations are processed in order of receipt. You will be contacted with alternate plot choices if necessary. You will receive email confirmation of your registration. If there are no plots available when your registration is received, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list in case a plot opens.

Note: Plot assignment priority will be given to registrants with Round Hill zip codes, but is open to all area gardeners.

Important 2012 Dates:
Save these dates. Plot renters will spend some volunteer time getting the garden ready! Once registered, gardeners will be kept up to date via email list.

• February 12, 2pm: Open House/Registration and mini-class for gardeners
• Feb 19 (rain date for Feb 12 Open House)
• Mar 10/11: Gardener Orientation (details TBD)
• April 1: Opening/Work party 10am - 1pm
• late October: Garden Closes
